Alexander Technique lessons in Bristol with Susie Baker

Right: working with a tennis player

Lessons are taught one-to-one. With gentle hands-on and verbal guidance you will learn how to find ease and balance either at work or in your your everyday and leisure activities.

Over time you will become more aware of how you are using your body. This will help you change long-standing habitual patterns of movement for the better.

Clients often feel the benefit after just a few lessons, as the principles of the Alexander Technique bring a new awareness and poise to everything they do.

“Learning AT in the last few years has improved all aspects of my life way beyond my initial expectations. I got rid of recurring back, shoulder, hip and knee pains. I’m less clumsy and better at managing stress and the best is that I feel and look happier! Lessons with Susannah were really fun and I made so much progress. I really recommend her as a teacher.”
Lauren, Research Scientist

I usually teach from my studio on the Bristol Harbourside (BS1), Bradley Stoke Physio (BS32) and Prospect Physiotherapy in Clevedon (BS21). Due to Covid-19 I have to adapt my teaching practice, which is now primarily online. Please get in touch if you would like to find out more about how this might work for you.
An introductory session is one hour (£50) and follow up sessions 45 minutes (£42). A discount is applied for block bookings.
